The Kitzbühel tourist office (62155-0 or 62272) keeps a list of licensed, multilingual babysitters. Ski schools also offer full-day lessons for ski kindergarten for kids from ages 3 to 5. Costs are €60 for a day, €110 for two days, ranging to €160 for five days.

In Kirchberg, Salvenlausa Toddler's Day Care (660 550 5554) is for children age 1-3 who are too young for skiing. Facilites are at th bottom station of the Hopfgarten Lift, Meierhofgasse 29, 6361 Hopfgarten. Children have indoor games, walks, toboganing and snowman building. The day care is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Sunday to Friday. It costs €28 for a day including lunch; €125 for five days including lunch. Hourly care is €5 per hour and €3 extra for lunch.

The Skischule Kirchberg (2209) also has special children’s programs. Rates are the same as for the normal ski school, with an additional €8.50 for lunch. The Children’s Mini Club Total for kids 2–4 years of age has care for €31 for a day and about €22 for a half day. Lunch is an additional €7. Half day courses are also available.
