Lessons (2008/09 prices)

The Hemsedal Ski School (32 05 53 90) provides group and individual lessons with video analysis. There are courses for snowpark tricks as well as normal snowboarding.

Private lessons cost NOK575 for an hour for one person; NOK700 for two people; and NOK825 for three people. Private lessons for two hours are NOK825 for one person, NOK1075 for two people and NOK1,325 for a group of three people. You can receive a fifteen percent discount off these prices if you book the first lesson of the day.

A personal trainer for three hours costs NOK1,345.

Group lessons: Four-day, 90-minute sessions are NOK845.
